Social Media Intern (m/f/d) Mandatory Internship – Remote

For our growing outerwear fashion label, we are looking for creative, trend-savvy interns to support our social media team with passion, aesthetic sense, and a hands-on mentality. The focus is on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Applicants should have good German language skills.

Your tasks

  • Content Creation & Planning: Support in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn (posts, reels, story formats, TikTok videos)

  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Continuous research of current social media trends, viral formats, and relevant creators, including deriving content and campaign ideas for our brand

  • Influencer Marketing & Seeding: Support in building and maintaining influencer and UGC collaborations, Communication with creators, handling collaboration requests, product seeding, and relationship management

  • Content Production & Styling: Planning and execution of aesthetic shoots (photo & video), including styling concepts, setups, and moodboards, Filming content independently (Reels & TikToks)

  • Community Management: Interaction with our community: responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries – always brand-appropriate and professional

  • Feed & Brand Aesthetic: Co-creation of a consistent, high-quality social media feed in line with our brand identity

  • Collaboration & Creator Research: Active search for new influencers, UGC creators, and potential collaboration partners to increase reach

Your profile

  • Strong passion for fashion, styling, and aesthetics

  • Instagram & TikTok are not just platforms for you, but inspiration

  • Excellent sense for trends, visual language, and brand presentation

  • Creativity and the ability to implement ideas independently

  • First experience with social media (personal or professional)

  • Interest in influencer marketing, brand building, and content creation

  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and initiative

  • Good German language skills
