The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For EU Deliveries:

• No customs or import duties are charged on orders within the EU.

For Non-EU Deliveries:

• Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and duties, which are determined by the destination country. These fees are calculated based on the manufacturing/origin country and the product classification and are payable once your package reaches the destination.

• AEMMI does not collect duties or taxes at checkout, and we cannot estimate what these additional costs will be, as they vary from country to country. If these charges apply, they must be paid to release your package from customs, and the customer is responsible for covering these fees. If an order is cancelled because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred shipping, handling, and return costs from the refund amount.

• We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential customs fees.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Here's how it works:

• Return Shipping Fee: A return label will be included for orders within Germany and the EU. If you return all items, a return fee of €4.90 (Germany) or €9.90 (EU) will be deducted from your refund. If you keep at least one item, the return fee within the EU is waived. For returns from non-EU countries, customers are responsible for the full return shipping cost. We reserve the right to withhold the original shipping costs for international returns. Returns for 'Waste to Art' items need to be arranged independently by customers from any country. • Return label: A return can be requested through your customer account. Once confirmed, you will receive a return label via email. To request a missing or additional return label, please contact us at office@ae-mmi.com.
  
  

• Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.

• Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding the return fee. We’ll send you an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

• Exchanges: An exchange can be requested directly when registering your return. Please indicate the desired replacement item during the return process so that we can review and process your request accordingly. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at office@ae-mmi.com.
